Vermont State Police said they saw 127 violations and 96 crashes during the holiday weekend.
Two of those crashes were “impaired related,” according to statistics police relased Wednesday, and seven of those violations resulted in DUI arrests. Traffic fatalities for the year are at 68, down from last year’s 77.
Police also said there were 117 speeding violations, one adult seatbelt ticket and one child passenger restraint ticket issued from Dec. 20 to Dec. 22.
