• Randolph woman is cited for gas theft

    WILLIAMSTOWN — A Randolph resident has been cited for driving off without paying for her gas in Williamstown last week.

    Vermont State Police say Meggan Touzin, 26, pumped $65.29 worth of gas into her vehicle at the Pump and Pantry in Williamstown Oct. 23 and failed to pay for it. Touzin was cited for retail theft and is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court on Dec. 11 to answer the charge.
