Randolph woman is cited for gas theft
WILLIAMSTOWN — A Randolph resident has been cited for driving off without paying for her gas in Williamstown last week.
Vermont State Police say Meggan Touzin, 26, pumped $65.29 worth of gas into her vehicle at the Pump and Pantry in Williamstown Oct. 23 and failed to pay for it.
