• Orange crash blamed on DUI

    ORANGE — Vermont State Police say a crash in Orange early Tuesday was due to drunken driving.

    Robert Flye, 38, of Chelsea, was on Route 302 when state police say he drove the car into a ditch. After an investigation, state police say, Flye was cited on charges of driving under the influence and with a suspended license. There were no reported injuries from the crash.

    Flye is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court Oct. 23 to answer the charges, according to state police.
