Orange crash blamed on DUI
ORANGE — Vermont State Police say a crash in Orange early Tuesday was due to drunken driving.
Robert Flye, 38, of Chelsea, was on Route 302 when state police say he drove the car into a ditch. After an investigation, state police say, Flye was cited on charges of driving under the influence and with a suspended license. There were no reported injuries from the crash.
Flye is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court Oct. 23 to answer the charges, according to state police.MORE IN This Just In
