Mini Maker Faire
set for Shelburne
SHELBURNE ó Engineers, craft makers, teachers and science clubs will gather next weekend at Shelburne Farms to show off what theyíve made.
The two-day Champlain Mini Maker Faire is part science fair, part country fair that gives the public a chance to interact with local makers while celebrating arts, engineering, science and technology.
This second annual event will include Bina48, a robot that uses artificial intelligence to mimic human personality and carry on a conversation.
There will also be robot making, rocket launching, junk music, smokeless símores and an 8-foot-tall dragon.
