CLAREMONT, N.H. — A man charged with killing his estranged wife in New Hampshire has waived his right to a hearing.

The case of James Robarge now will be presented to a grand jury for a possible indictment.

Robarge, who had been living in Saxtons River, Vt., is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Kelly Robarge. She disappeared from her Charlestown home on June 27, the day she had filed for divorce. Her body was found July 6 in a wooded area in Unity.

The 43-year-old Robarge had been arrested in Vermont on unrelated charges. He did not challenge his transfer to New Hampshire to face the second-degree murder charge.
