NT man accused

of driving 90, pot

KILLINGTON — A Long Beach, N.Y., man was charged with three criminal offenses Thursday after police said they clocked his car travelling at 90 mph in a 50-mph zone in the “Killington Flats” stretch of Route 4.

Feroze Khan, 38, was charged with misdemeanor counts of excessive speed, negligent operation and possession of marijuana during the traffic stop.
