ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police say a man sitting in the lobby of a state police barracks went to a restricted area, removed two knives and cut up maps, magazines and desk tops.
Police said it happened early Sunday at the state police barracks in St. Johnsbury.
They said Anthony Cofrancesco was a passenger in a car that had been stopped. He was waiting as the driver was being processed for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
