STOCKBRIDGE — Vermont State Police say a 22-year-old Maryland woman died after consuming large amounts of alcohol while at a cabin with friends.
Police said Jenna Stone, of California, Md., was found unresponsive in the cabin she had rented with friends for President’s Day weekend in Stockbridge.
No foul play is suspected. Police said there was no evidence of drug use or suspicious activity.
Authorities said that when friends tried to wake her Monday morning, she was unresponsive so they called 911.
Police said she was pronounced dead after an ambulance crew was unable to resuscitate her.
