RANDOLPH ó A woman suffered life-threatening injuries and a Barre man received serious facial injuries in a one-vehicle crash in Randolph on Sunday morning after which the driver ran from the scene, Vermont State Police said.

Kyle Larrabee, 19, of Roxbury, was cited on charges of driving under the influence resulting in a serious injury, gross negligent operation resulting in a serious injury, leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended license.

State police say the crash occurred at the intersection of Windover Road and Route 66 around 4 a.m. when Larrabee crashed the 1993 Ford F-150 he was driving into the guardrails after failing to make a turn at the intersection.

State police say two passengers suffered serious injuries. Eric Parker, 21, was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., with facial injuries and a female passenger, whose name and age were not released, was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock with life-threatening injuries.

Larrabee is being held on $25,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court Tuesday at 8 a.m. to answer the charges.
