MIDDLESEX — Vermont State Police say a Worcester man rolled his vehicle on snow-covered Route 12 on Friday.

State police said Albert Lamell, 29, was driving north when he lost control of his 1993 Chevrolet Blazer, fishtailed a couple of times and struck some guide wires and a telephone pole. The Blazer then rolled down an embankment.

Police said Lamell was taken to Central Vermont Medical Center with a cut on his left elbow. His 79-year-old passenger, Carroll Brown, was taken to the hospital as a precaution but had no visible injury, police said.
