• Montpelier panel will dicuss seasonal depression Jan. 16

    MONTPELIER — The Montpelier Senior Activity Center will host a program at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, on prevention and treatment options for seasonal depression in winter.

    Panelists will include Dr. Jeremiah Eckhaus of Montpelier Integrative Family Health; Cady Hart, the co-director of The Confluence fitness center in Berlin; and Bobbi Rood, an eldercare clinician with Washington County Mental Health Services.

    The program is free and open to the public.

    In case of inclement weather the presentation will be moved to Jan. 23, also at 5:30 p.m.

    The Montpelier Senior Activity Center is located at 58 Barre St.
