WATERBURY — A Waterbury man is facing criminal charges following an early-morning crash at a local trailer park early on New Year’s Day.
According to police, Steven Parker, 35, will be charged with negligent operation after the low-speed collision on East Wind Drive moments after midnight on Dec. 31.
Parker allegedly drove his vehicle into another driven by Joshua Erwin, 29, of Waterbury, after a passenger in Erwin’s vehicle threw a beer can at his car.
According to police, both vehicles sustained minor damage and no one was injured when Parker allegedly tried to block Erwin from leaving the trailer park.
Parker is scheduled to be arraigned at the criminal courthouse in Barre on Feb. 21.MORE IN This Just InCASTLETON — Rutland Post 31 pitcher Andy Kenosh called it “mojo.
