Two drivers unhurt
after St. J crash
ST. JOHNSBURY — Both drivers reportedly walked away from a two-car crash on a snow-slicked section of Severance Hill Road on Sunday morning.
Vermont State Police said the accident occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. when Thomas Blake, 19, of Newport lost control of his 2001 Subaru Legacy on a slippery section of highway.
Blake’s car slid across the centerline and into the path of a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle driven by Elaine French, 65, of Littleton, N.H., police said. The cars collided and both were heavily damaged.
Police said both drivers were wearing seatbelts and were not injured.MORE IN Central VermontRANDOLPH — Biking for business proved to be the perfect blend of gimmick and salesmanship during...
