MIDDLESEX — A Barre man has a February court date thanks to a Thursday afternoon traffic stop in Middlesex.

According to police, Dennis Smith, 25, was stopped on Interstate 89 at about 2 p.m. and cited for driving with a criminally suspended license. Although police did not say whether that was the reason Smith was pulled over, they did say he is to be arraigned at the criminal courthouse in Barre on Feb. 7.
