• Woman accused of bite assault

    WATERBURY — A Waterbury woman bit someone and broke a phone during a domestic dispute Wednesday, according to Vermont State Police.

    Jamie Zeno, 32, was cited on charges of domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services. She is to appear in Washington County criminal court Monday to answer the charges.

    State police said Zeno pushed and bit the victim. She also allegedly broke a phone that someone was trying to use to call 911.
