MONTPELIER — The Vermont Attorney General’s office says a caregiver has been charged with 17 counts of Medicaid fraud.
Michelle Forcier of Colchester was arraigned Tuesday in criminal court in Windsor County.
The 42-year-old Forcier is accused of submitting false claims for payments in excess of $1,300 for care under the Vermont Developmental Services Medicaid waiver program that was not provided.
