DUXBURY — A Duxbury man is accused of inappropriately touching two sleeping male teenagers in separate incidents and attempting to touch a third.

Stefan Pratt, 22, was cited by Vermont State Police on two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and one count of attempted lewd and lascivious conduct. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court on Dec. 20 to answer the charges.

State Police say they learned of the incidents after the three teenagers, two ages 18 and one 17, complained about separate occasions when Pratt allegedly touched them or tried to touch them.
