Actors needed at Goddard College for ‘Occupy’ video
MONTPELIER — Actors are needed at Goddard College for a “Doo-occupy” music video to be made today at noon.
Apparently, Ben Cohen, of Ben & Jerry’s, will be at Goddard handing out fake diplomas to fake graduates at a fake graduation ceremony while being filmed for a Doo-occupy music video.
“There will be food and fun and a great video for an occupy action on the student debt crisis,” according to an announcement taped to the wall outside Bagitos.
Caps and gowns will be provided.
In Doo-occupy videos, doo-wop songs are rewritten with Occupy Wall Street movement topical lyrics.
In a previous video, for example, “Wake Up Little Susie” was rewritten to “Break Up BofA.”
Anyone planning to attend should call or email video producer Crystal Zevon at 802-254-1333 or chesterzevl@gmail.com.MORE IN This Just InThe Associated Press Full StoryMONTPELIER — The organization helping Vermont prepare for the federal health care reform has... Full Story -
