PLAINFIELD — State police cited a Plainfield teenager on suspicion of driving under the influence after his car hit a house and a parked car on High Street in Plainfield.
State police say Kevin Spindle, 17, was coming around a curve when he lost control of his 1997 Volkswagen Jetta and left the road Monday evening.
Troopers were called to the scene just after 11:30 p.m. and during investigation determined that Spindle had been drinking.
