• Gun incident leads to charge

    WARREN — A Warren man was arrested on a charged of domestic assault after an incident early Friday.

    Jason Sand, 33, was taken into custody after police were called to Two Ponds Road for a report of a suicidal male with a firearm in a home. Before police arrived, the man left but was found a short time later in the parking lot of the Common Man Restaurant.

    After an investigation, police arrested Sand on suspicion of domestic assault and interference of access to emergency services.
