Craving crepes? Then tomorrow's your day.
The Skinny Pancake restaurant in Montpelier's City Center is offering free delights from 2 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The creperie, which started in Burlington, recently opened in the empty spot left with the closing of Ben & Jerry's ice cream parlor. The goal is to eventually use as many local ingredients as is feasible, according to co-owner Benjamin Adler.
